A: Currently, Avathor is in the certification phase. It can only be considered an officially recognized medical device after registration in the Medical Device Registry.
Q: What happens if certification is not obtained?
A: If the product does not obtain certification by the expected date, all pre-orders will be canceled and payments will be fully refunded, using the same payment methods used by the customer.

A: The payment will be charged at the time of booking, but the order will only be considered valid upon completion of the medical device certification.
